I used this mount with a 60″ LG Plasma monitor and it worked perfectly.

The mount is outstanding. If anything it is overbuilt.
I chose this mount because I wanted the ability to rotate the TV and view if from a 90 degree angle and because of the overall build quality. The trade-off was that the TV ends up standing out from the wall a little further. At first, I was concerned about this, but after installation and examining some other mounts, I believe I made the right decision. The mount’s hold on the TV is rock solid. The TV is easily adjustable and extends easily to the position I desired.

I had one problem. The screws provided for the TV brackets were the wrong size.

The mount is very sturdy and the cable management chases and straps work well. We mouted a 50″ plasma in a 12″ deep, built-in book case. The mount has about a 12″-13″ depth from the wall once the TV is installed with the adapter bracket. You can easily turn the TV to view at any angle.
